Start with the business question
What should your data make possible?
Prepare a focused Quorlytic project brief with your business problem, data environment, timing and priorities — ready before the first conversation.
After you press send
What happens to your brief
- Your brief is saved
Stored on our own server the moment you press send, under a reference you can quote.
- You get a copy
An email with everything you sent, so you have a record and a thread to reply to.
- The people who do the work read it
It arrives in a monitored mailbox, with no ticketing system or sales queue in between.
- A written next step
We come back with questions or a proposed first step, often a short, scoped assessment.
NDA on request, before anything sensitive is shared.

Where most conversations start
Start from the problem you have.
You do not need the right vocabulary to get in touch. If one of these sounds familiar, read how we approach it first, or put it in the brief as it is.
Our numbers don’t agree
Finance, sales and operations report different figures for the same thing. The definition gets fixed before the dashboard.
Business intelligencePipelines break and users notice first
Reports depend on manual exports or jobs nobody watches. Pipelines get tests, owners and alerts.
Data engineeringWe are leaving a legacy warehouse
A move to Snowflake, Databricks or the cloud, reconciled in parallel before anything is switched off.
Modernization & migrationWe want AI on data we can trust
Retrieval, forecasting or agents need governed data and an evaluation plan before they need a model.
AI & machine learningWe plan demand by spreadsheet
History, promotions and supply constraints brought into one forecast, with its uncertainty shown.
Demand forecastingThe cloud data bill keeps climbing
Spend traced to the workloads and teams behind it, then cut where the usage does not justify it.

Questions
Before you get in touch.
What happens after I send the brief?
It is saved on our server and emailed to connect@quorlytic.com, a mailbox read by the people who scope and build the work. You receive a copy with your reference; reply to that copy to add anything.
What should a good brief include?
The decision you want to improve, where the data lives today and what is not working. Volumes, deadlines and a budget range help but are optional. Leave out anything confidential until an NDA is in place.
Do I need to know which platform or tool I want?
No. Choose “Not sure yet”. The platform follows the workload, the team and the agreements you already have, and working that out is part of the first conversation.
Can we sign an NDA before sharing details?
Yes. Ask for one in the form or on WhatsApp and it is signed before you share anything sensitive. No client data is needed to start the conversation.
Can the first engagement be small?
Yes. Most work starts with a scoped assessment, one trustworthy dashboard or one tested pipeline, so any larger commitment is made against a written plan.
How is my information handled?
Your brief is stored on Quorlytic’s own server and used to reply to you. It is never sold or added to a mailing list. The privacy notice sets out who processes it, how long it is kept and your rights. Read the privacy notice.
Prefer to talk it through first?
Send a message with one line about the problem. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right team for it.
