These terms govern your use of quorlytic.com (the "website"), operated by Quorlytic ("Quorlytic", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Any consulting, engineering or partnership work is governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything on the website.

Information on the website

The guides, architecture diagrams, comparisons and other content on the website are general information about data engineering, analytics and AI. They are not professional advice for your particular situation, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for advice that takes your environment, requirements and constraints into account.

Architecture diagrams and interface images are illustrative. They show typical designs for discussion and are not client implementations, measured results or guarantees of performance. Technology platforms change often; check current vendor documentation before making decisions.

No offer or commitment

Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services on particular terms. Scope, price, timelines, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality and data-processing arrangements are agreed in writing for each engagement. Descriptions of engagement models, communication modes and protections such as NDAs or non-solicitation terms describe what can be agreed, not what applies automatically.

Using the website

You may browse the website and use its content for your own information and internal business purposes. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or any connected system, or interfere with its operation or security.

The website's content, including text, diagrams, design, the Quorlytic name and logo, is owned by Quorlytic or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the source page. Any other reproduction, adaptation or distribution needs our written permission.

Third-party names and links

Technology names and logos, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI, AWS, Azure and Google Cloud, belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the technologies we work with. Their use does not mean that we are a partner, reseller or certified provider of those companies, or that they endorse us.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

Enquiries you send us

When you contact us, please give accurate information and do not include confidential information, passwords, access keys or your clients' data. If a discussion needs confidential detail, we can put an NDA in place first. Sending an enquiry does not create an engagement or any obligation for either party. How we handle the personal information you send is described in our Privacy Notice.

No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the website or its content is complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Quorlytic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or its content. If you use the website in breach of these terms, you agree to be responsible for the losses and costs that Quorlytic reasonably incurs as a result, to the extent the law allows.

Accessibility

We design the website to be usable by as many people as possible, including keyboard and screen-reader users, and we test colour contrast, heading structure and text size on every release. If any part of the website is difficult to use, tell us at connect@quorlytic.com and we will help and fix it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute about them or the website is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
